Sonder is a zine that I created to explore the concept of sonder. Sonder in short, is the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own. When I first heard this word I was shocked at how this elusive feeling that I’ve experienced throughout my life has a word to encapsulate it completly. I’ve always loved knowing that everyone has a story to share, and that we can all find some kind of community in one another regardless of our seeming differences.
This zine explores my own relationship with the feeling.
